Frank's Devlog #2


The changes I made during this week for Purp v. Green Are mainly UI-related additions along with the controls:

  • Started making the menu scene for Purp v. Green. It currently has scripts for starting (moving from menu scene to game scene) and exiting the game.
  • Made the title graphic as displayed in this devlog (credits go to CoolText.com for providing fonts)
  • Provided the lead programmer, Adrian Randall, the script for basic movement controls. Controls are currently tank-based movement

By this time, the next iteration should be testable with functioning controls and mechanics. When this is successful, play-testing should take place by the next week to gain feedback.
